The Toronto Board of Health has unanimously approved a motion calling on the provincial government to make public all recommendations received from its COVID-19 advisory table, its chair says.
The move comes just as it was revealed at a board of health meeting Monday that Toronto Public Health staff were required to sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to participate at the province’s public health measures table.
“Once again, we’re asking people to make hard sacrifices in order to control the surge in new COVID-19 cases. Full transparency and accountability are more important than ever in order to maintain public confidence and public trust. In the midst of an emergency, complete transparency is required,” Coun. Joe Cressy, the board’s chair, said in a news release Monday.
Recommendations made to Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Williams and cabinet by the provincial advisory tables, including the public health measures table, is currently kept confidential by the province, the news release says.
CBC News reached out to the province for an explanation as to why a non-disclosure agreement was required. A provincial spokesperson did not directly answer the question in an email response.
“The terms of reference of the Public Health Measures Table allow for candid discussions that ultimately lead to guidance and advice being provided to the Chief Medical Officer of Health,” spokesperson David Jensen said. “Ultimately a formal recommendation is made by the Chief Medical Officer of Health and is reviewed and a decision is made by Cabinet.”
On Sunday, November 15, 2020, Mr. Sampson told CBC News that Calgary should institute a 28-day “circuit breaker” lockdown, shutting down all “non-essential” services. In a number of tweets on November 14, Mr. Sampson described the rising infections as an incoming tsunami. “This second wave is large and it may run over our healthcare system,” he tweeted. “We must stop the spread of Covid-19, there is little to debate here…the tsunami siren is wailing.”
The mission of the Justice Centre is to protect the Charter freedoms of Canadians to gather, assemble and worship, and to reject destructive restrictions that lack a justifiable basis. In a legal warning letter sent to Mr. Sampson on November 17 and copied to the Calgary Mayor, the Justice Centre stated:
Your threat to lockdown the City of Calgary is a gross usurpation of authority. There is no statutory authority for your proposed exercise of this power, nor historical precedent for the use of such extraordinary authority in the history of this nation by an official such as yourself. No such power is delegated to you under the Municipal Government Act, or the Constitution of Canada. Further, you are not a medical officer of health in the Province of Alberta.
The threat made by Calgary’s Emergency Management Chief is not grounded on relevant facts and fails to consider AHS data on actual COVID-19 deaths, hospitalizations and ICU capacity.
AHS’s own data makes it clear that 97% of people who contract COVID-19 are entirely asymptomatic or only mildly ill. Aside from the lack of reliability of PCR testing, fewer than 3% of these “cases” concern people who require hospitalization. In regard to claims that the health care system risks being overrun, the most recent AHS statistics show that COVID-19 patients are currently using less than 3% of Alberta’s hospital beds. As announced by the provincial government in April, ICU capacity can be expanded to 1,374 beds; currently COVID-19 patients are using only 4% of this total ICU capacity.
COVID-19 has no significant impact on population life expectancy. More than 80% of deaths have been amongst elderly and already sick people in long-term homes, nearly twice as high as other developed nations. The average lifespan of people, once admitted to a nursing home is only 12 months. More than 27,000 Albertans die each year, including 449 deaths from opioid poisoning. Since March of 2020, 423 Albertans have died of COVID-19, less than 2% of total deaths.
Since March, there have been 1,278 people hospitalized and 220 people requiring ICU. In 2017-18, there were 3,097 people hospitalized with influenza and 249 admissions to ICU. Our hospital system did not fall apart.
“Lockdown policies have crippled our economy and society. Most small businesses are not going to survive another lockdown. People’s mental and physical health have suffered immensely by government overreach,” states lawyer and Justice Centre President John Carpay.
“Albertans have died and are dying because of cancelled surgeries, delayed cancer diagnoses, drug overdoses, and suicides. Lockdowns have imposed serious harms on patients denied access to their physiotherapists, massage therapists, optometrists, chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists and dentists. Outside of the privileged public sector, countless Albertans have been driven into unemployment, poverty and despair. The economy has been decimated, and the hopes and futures of tens of thousands of Albertans are destroyed, not because of the virus, but because of policies based on fear, not facts,” adds Mr. Carpay.
As a public official, Mr. Sampson’s pension and salary are secure. There is no monetary consequence to him or Mayor Naheed Nenshi personally if the city is locked down. Indeed, Mr. Sampson has already announced his intention to retire before the end of November, telling the Calgary Herald: “There are smarter and brighter people to lead behind me.”
“We have put the City of Calgary, Mayor Nenshi and Mr. Sampson on notice. We will immediately begin court proceedings for an injunction if they attempt to carry through on threats to lock down the City of Calgary, which violates our most fundamental Charter freedoms without factual justification,” continues Carpay.
“We urge government officials to focus on protecting the vulnerable, instead of arbitrarily restricting the liberty of healthy citizens, which will have no effect on reducing the risk of transmission among the vulnerable elderly in nursing homes,” concludes Carpay.
Face masks worn to reduce Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission can trigger eczema flare-ups in people with sensitive skin and allergies. These are the findings of a recent case study presented at this year’s virtual scientific meeting of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI).
The man also said he had his skin conditions under control up until April when he started wearing face masks more often due to the pandemic. Soon after, his symptoms began occurring in areas that healthcare providers were not yet accustomed to, said Dhamija.
Some allergens that trigger eczema can be found in face masks
The man was diagnosed with a case of contact dermatitis, a form of eczema triggered by contact with a certain substance. The physicians who first attended to him prescribed him prednisone to treat his rashes and reduce inflammation. However, it failed to improve his symptoms.
Further investigation revealed that the man began to experience flare-ups from his skin conditions as early as April, which coincided with the pandemic and the man’s use of face masks.
Co-author and fellow ACAAI member Kristin Schmidlin said they realized that the man’s face rashes occurred where the elastic parts of a mask would rest. Instead of putting the man on more prednisone, they advised him to use a topical steroid and immunosuppressant until his rash improved.
Schmidlin said they also told the man to use cotton-based, dye-free masks without elastics. One week after his last visit, the man phoned them to report that his rash was improving.
The authors note that the man might have experienced rashes from wearing masks because common allergens that trigger contact dermatitis are found in the components of face masks, including the cloth and elastic band.
Even in people without skin conditions but have sensitive skin, materials used to make face masks might cause damage due to friction, as well as mild to moderate discomfort.
Besides eczema flare-ups, wearing face masks for long periods is also associated with other side effects, as well as some disadvantages. These include:
Creates a false sense of security – While face masks help lessen the risk of transmission to a certain extent, frequent handwashing is the most important step that the public can take to minimize the spread of the coronavirus, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
May restrict breathing – According to Antonio Lazzarino, an epidemiologist from University College London, wearing a face mask makes breathing more difficult. For this reason, face masks are particularly intolerable to wear for people with chronic respiratory diseases that heavily affect lung capacity.
Causes discomfort – Face masks can cause discomfort for some people because of either the fit or the material used. Experts agree that cotton allows better ventilation and traps less moisture from breathing and sweating under the mask. The mask should also fit the face snugly to prevent droplets from escaping but not so tightly that it hurts.
Irritates the eyes – Wearing a face mask also makes the exhaled air go into the eyes, said Lazzarino. This can make the eyes feel sore, dry and irritated as a result. If not careful, an individual could be tempted to touch his or her eyes because of this. The WHO strongly advises against touching the eyes, nose and mouth to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19.
Can spread disease – The coronavirus can survive for long periods on the surfaces of different objects and materials, including face masks. If not disposed of properly, a dirty face mask could become a source of contamination.
Clouds eyeglass lens – Face masks can get in the way of eyeglasses for people who need to wear them. As exhaled air dissipates, it clouds the eyeglass lenses, making it difficult for the wearer to see.
May hurt young children – According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, face masks should not be placed on children under two years. Children in this age range cannot reliably adjust or remove their face mask if it starts to cause breathing difficulties.

In a national announcement, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau revealed to Canadians the true purpose of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis: to bring about a “great reset,” also known as a new world order, in accordance with the World Economic Forum’s vision for the planet.
Despite claims by people who believe everything the television says to them that the idea of a “great reset” is mere conspiracy theory, Trudeau with his own effeminate mouth admitted publicly that the “coof” is little more than a globalist plandemic designed to enslave the world under a new global government.
“This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset,” Trudeau robotically stated in his address.
“This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts, to reimagine economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality, and climate change.”
Trudeau went on to disclose that the plan all along has been to advance Canada’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which his government describes as “a shared blueprint for partnership, peace and prosperity for all people and the planet, now and into the future.”
“Building back better means giving support to the most vulnerable while maintaining a momentum on reaching the 2030 agenda with sustainable development and the SDGs (sustainable development goals,” Trudeau admits. “Canada is here to listen and to help.”
As we edge nearer towards this new world order, society is only going to become more chaotic and discombobulated. To keep up with the latest, check out Collapse.news.
Joe Biden uses same language as Trudeau in pushing great reset “build back better” scheme
As video of Trudeau’s admissions concerning this global blueprint for humanity went viral on social media, many who had never even heard the words “great reset” began to research it, discovering the horrors that await the planet under the guise of “remediating” an alleged “pandemic.”
“Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum (part of the United Nations network) says the Fourth Industrial Revolution (part of the Great Reset agenda) will ‘lead to a fusion of our physical, digital and biological identity,” wrote one Twitter user who did a little digging into the subject matter.
“Schwab knows: 1. Neoliberalism is ‘done’ because the parasitic Ponzi scheme is collapsing,” wrote another. “2. Unless the ‘parasites’ crack down, they’ll lose control. 3. ‘The Great Reset’ is the plan for the final overthrow of democracy. But he talks about ‘trust’ because that’s what deceivers do.”
There remains debate over whether or not the plandemic was, indeed, planned in advance as Event 201 would suggest, or if it was merely capitalized upon by the globalists. In either case, it is certainly being used to advance an evil agenda.
Joe Biden, as you may recall, has also launched a “build back better” campaign that echoes Trudeau’s new world order language in support of a great reset. United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson also launched his own identical “build back better” initiative, suggesting that all of these globalists really are “in this together.”
“In the text of his ‘Great Reset’ book, Schwab calls for global leaders to seize the opportunity presented by the Covid-19 pandemic to remake society in their image and declares the world will ‘never’ return to normal – even though the disease itself does not ‘pose a new existential threat’ to humanity,” reports RT.
“Trudeau, Biden, Johnson, and other powerful figures like the UK’s Prince Charles have lent their support to the program in recent months, declaring the Covid-19 pandemic represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reimagine society.”
