German judge declares masks harmful, warns that mask mandates are illegal
A Weimar District Court in Germany has ruled that enforcing mask mandates, social distancing requirements and rapid Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) testing on students is harmful, and thus illegal.
Distance learning must also stop, the court decided, because it, along with the other measures, is causing physical, psychological and pedagogical harm to children, as well as infringing the rights of children and their parents.
The decision, made by judge Christian Dettmar, only applies to schools in the Weimar District, though it could eventually extend to other parts of the country with enough outcry from other parents.
According to Dettmar, forcing children to wear a mask and stay away from each other is a direct violation of Articles 2 and 6 of the German Constitution, which guarantee the rights to freedom of individual development, education and parental assistance.
Further, such measures were not proportional to the threat posed, which is really no threat at all considering that children are basically immune to the Chinese Virus.
In his decision, Dettmar referred to an October 2020 bulletin from the World Health Organization (WHO) that featured a study by world-renowned medical science expert John Ioannidis, who found that the death rate for the Wuhan Flu is a mere 0.23 percent, the equivalent of an average influenza season.
Wearing a mask and staying away from others, Dettmar thus ruled, holds no medical, scientific or biological weight. There is also absolutely no reason to do any of these things if a person is asymptomatic, as so-called “asymptomatic spread” is completely fake.
Wearing a mask and social distancing causes mental, physical and spiritual damage
The case represents the first time that such evidence has been presented to a German court, suggesting that it could set a precedent for the rest of the country to follow.
There is simply no scientific basis underlying the unnatural, anti-social mandates being imposed by governments and private businesses with regard to the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19), which is long gone and no longer even a threat.
Continuing to force people, and especially children, to avoid living because a handful of mentally deranged people want to wear a mask and stay distanced forever is lunacy, and Dettmar knows it.
“The children are not only endangered in their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being by the obligation to wear face masks during school hours and to keep their distance from each other and from other persons, but, in addition, they are already being harmed,” he wrote in his decision.
“At the same time, this violates numerous rights of the children and their parents under the law, the constitution, and international conventions.”
Dettmar went on to explain that children have a God-given right to develop freely without interference from germophobic psychopaths who insist they cover their faces and live forever in isolation because of some alleged scary virus.
“This applies in particular to the right to free development of the personality and to physical integrity from Article 2 of the (German Constitution) as well as to the right from Article 6 of the (Constitution) to upbringing and care by the parents (also with regard to measures for preventive health care and ‘objects’ to be carried by children),” he added.
All credible experts and medical professionals agree that wearing a mask is medically useless and harmful to the wearer. PCR tests are also invalid and have never been scientifically shown to be a credible method of detecting the presence of a virus.
“One hundred thousand elementary school students would have to put up with all the side effects of wearing masks for a week in order to prevent just one infection per week,” Dettmar warns.
“To call this result merely disproportionate would be a wholly inadequate description. Rather, it shows that the state legislature regulating this area has fallen into a factual disconnect that has reached historic proportions.”

Over 100 Houston Methodist Hospital employees sue over covid vaccine “mandate”
At least 117 employees at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas are suing their employer for trying to force them to get injected for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).
Back in April, Marc Boom, Houston Methodist’s CEO, ordered more than 26,000 personnel across the company’s eight hospitals to get jabbed for the Chinese Virus, or else face “suspension and eventually termination.” Employees have until June 7 to make their decision.
Plaintiffs say Boom’s demand is illegal, especially since all of the injections currently available are “experimental.” Currently, none of them are approved and all of them hold “emergency use authorization” (EUA) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Threatening to fire employees for refusing to be human “guinea pigs,” the plaintiffs further allege, is a “severe and blatant violation of the Nuremberg Code and the public policy of the state of Texas,” attorney Jared Woodfill, who filed the lawsuit in Montgomery County, is quoted as saying.
The Nuremberg Code, in case you are unfamiliar with it, was crafted shortly after World War II to outline the basic ethical principles that must exist concerning medical experimentation on humans.
“This is my body, this is my choice, and I don’t think employers or anyone should mandate what goes into my body,” says Kim Mikeska, a registered nurse.
Boom says it is perfectly “legal” to force employees to get injected
Nurse Jennifer Bridges, the lead plaintiff in the case, told the media that she has already happily received “every vaccine known to man,” but that she has specific concerns about Chinese Virus injections, which require further study.
Her lawsuit refers to the shot as an “experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene modification injection,” seeing as how they have not received formal approval from government regulators.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) claims that mRNA injections do not in any way affect or interact with human DNA. However, this claim has long been debunked.
According to Boom, upwards of 99 percent of Houston Methodist employees have already gotten jabbed for the Wuhan Flu. He also says forcing them on employees is perfectly “legal.”
“It is legal for health care institutions to mandate vaccines, as we have done with the flu vaccines since 2009,” Boom is quoted as saying, adding that the jabs are “very safe and very effective, and are not experimental.”
Boom further added that he believes widespread injection across the country “has resulted in the lowest numbers of infections in our country and in the Houston region in more than a year.”
Meanwhile, the CovidVaccineReactions.com website directly counters Boom’s claim that the jabs are saving lives. To the contrary, tens of thousands, if not millions, of people are actually suffering severe adverse reactions, including death, due to getting injected.
Should Bridges’ lawsuit be a success – pray! – it will set a legal precedent for forced employee vaccination to be outlawed. This is what we need now more than ever before to put an immediate end to this ever-encroaching tyranny.
“Would you take an untested vaccine? 117 critical thinkers out of 26,000. That’s not a very promising statistic,” wrote one commenter at RT, pointing out that the problem of forced vaccination seems to be a uniquely Western thing.
“Have you noticed this controversy seems to always revolve around developed nations. Never seems to be too much concern about the majority underdeveloped nations where poverty is the norm. My hat is off the senator Rand Paul taking a stand for his rights. If it’s not broken don’t try to fix it by force.”

The longer the COVID-19 pandemic lasts, the more we learn about its diabolical origins and the key players involved in ensuring that it was not only financed and developed but released on the world by a Chinese Communist regime hell-bent on global domination.
As the walls close in on ‘lead American immunologist’ Dr. Anthony Fauci regarding what he knew about the virus and when he knew it, other devious connections have been made in recent days that are equally alarming.
For instance, a report published earlier this week has tied the CEO of Moderna, one of the first pharmaceutical companies to develop a COVID-19 vaccine (coincidentally), to a big pharma billionaire who is also an associate of ChiCom Dear Leader Xi Jinping and who actually stumped for the Level 4 lab in Wuhan where the virus is believed to have been created and released.
Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel, who is pushing experimental COVID-19 vaccines designed to alter the RNA of recipients, previously worked as CEO of BioMerieux, a firm owned by a billionaire who was instrumental in the development of the infamous virology lab in Wuhan, China.
French pharma billionaire Alain Merieux, creator of BioMerieux, once served as the Co-President of the Franco-Chinese Committee on Emerging Infectious Diseases. Through this role, Merieux was instrumental in the development of the P4 Laboratory in Wuhan where the COVID-19 virus may have been synthesized and released to devastate society.
The Chinese-French partnership was key to the lab’s development. According to a report from GNews, the government of then-French President Nicolas Sarcozy worked over many years to ensure the construction of the lab, as Merieux was constantly advising Sarkozy to continue working with the ChiCom regime on that and other projects.
The former French leader traveled to China in November 2007 to put ink to an agreement that would “ensure that all necessary measures are taken as soon as possible to implement all projects including the Wuhan P4 laboratory.” And from that point, a course of events was put in place that has culminated in forced changes to lifestyles, losses of life, and trillions in wealth vanquished.
“P4 laboratory construction in Wuhan is very important for Chinese public health and a good symbol of the France China Collaboration in public health,“ Xi would say years later as the lab was set to open.
According to the reports, BioMérieux helped with the propaganda end, selling the concept of the controversial infectious disease lab to the Chinese people in and beyond Wuhan. That included disinformation campaign drives with Xi, who portrayed the lab as a breakthrough for public health.
An online profile of Merieux, which has been translated from French, details his deep ties to China; his father-in-law was also a Western collaborate with the brutal dictatorship of Mao Zedong.
“At the very beginning of the 1960s, Alain Mérieux’s father-in-law, Paul Berliet, discovered this country. If he was part of the trip of General de Gaulle, the first Western head of state to go to Beijing in 1965, the heir to the Berliet transport group already knows the highest dignitaries of the Maoist regime, Zhou Enlai and Deng Xiaoping in particular,” the profile notes.
Meanwhile Bancel “was leading Mérieux’s organization in the same role as they were working to create the Wuhan virology lab,” Big League Politics adds.
These revelations come as it appears that a) the virus indeed was manufactured in the Wuhan lab; b) it was allowed to escape on purpose; and c) Fauci was both aware of the research and aware that the infectious diseases agency he has run since the early 1980s helped fund it as well.
A reckoning, indeed.
