Public Health wrong to fire Sudbury nurse for refusing COVID vaccine: Arbitrator

Public Health Sudbury and Districts discriminated against a nurse it fired because she refused to get a COVID-19 vaccination, a provincial arbitrator has ruled.

In his ruling, arbitrator Robert Herman said it was wrong for Public Health – which has led the effort to get people in the Sudbury area vaccinated against the deadly virus – to terminate the nurse.

She had sought an exemption from getting vaccinated for religious reasons under the Ontario Human Rights Code. The employee is a devout Roman Catholic and a member of the Latin Mass, a particularly strict part of the church.

Its believers object to the use of fetal cell lines in the development of vaccines. Fetal cell lines are cells grown in a laboratory based on aborted fetal cells collected generations ago.

Members of the Latin Mass strongly object to abortion, which they regard as murder, and the use of fetal cell lines, which come from aborted fetal cells.

Herman said despite some inconsistencies in the nurse’s evidence and behaviour, the health unit should have granted her an exemption for religious reasons rather than firing her.

“There can be multiple reasons for objecting to getting vaccinated, but as long as one of the reasons is sincerely and legitimately based upon one’s creed, as subjectively interpreted and applied, an applicant would be entitled to an exception under the (human rights code) and the vaccine policy itself,” Herman ruled.

“Once the grievor learned about the fetal cell line connection with the vaccines, even if that connection is factually and objectively quite remote, if the grievor sincerely believes that her faith does not allow her to get vaccinated, that would be sufficient grounds for granting her request for an exemption.”

Black Men Under Jim Crow Joe Biden

Harvard Black Men's Forum

In an effort to remind black men how little the Democrat Party values our life, Joe Biden became their front runner in the 2020 presidential election. In fact, Joe Biden has been a leading voice of the Democrat party since the 1980s. During his political career, he’s played the role as the 2nd coming of Jim Crow. His dog whistle rhetoric has been alarming. His policies have disenfranchised black men. And his affiliation with racially divisive figures screams “white supremacy”.
For a long time, he has gotten away with making polarizing decisions that negatively affect black males. However, his place in the general election, and the use of social media, has brought his history to light. Biden has come under a lot more scrutiny recently. Unfortunately, most of that scrutiny hasn’t come from the mainstream media-who worked to elect Biden in order to get rid of President Trump. The…

“Queer” Academic Suggests Pedophilia Be Taught in Schools as an Innate Sexuality

Gayle Rubin, Pat Califia, Michel Foucault – the first queer theorists – all openly advocated for pedophilia, and the founding document of queer theory “Thinking Sex” spends over half its length supporting NAMBLA and man-boy lovers. All the original queer theorists argued for a total transgression of every sexual norm, and for people to apply anarchist theory to sexuality, including pedophilia.

A professor of Ethics at Oslo Metropolitan University in Norway has called to legalize AI-generated child pornography, claiming that pedophilia should be seen as an innate sexuality that requires destigmatization.

Ole Martin Moen, a gay man who identifies as “queer,” currently serves as a member of the advisory board on Norway’s Patient Organization for Gender-Incongruence (PKI), a social and political lobby group for trans rights. According to their official website, PKI’s purpose is to provide access to “gender-affirming treatment” to the public “regardless of factors like non-binary identity, sexual practice or having other diagnosis.” Moen has also served as academic council at Civita, Norway’s largest liberal think tank, since 2015.

Recently, Moen targeted Christina Ellingsen, a Norwegian feminist who is facing a police investigation and a potential sentence of three years in prison for tweets in which she stated that men cannot be lesbians.

Moen has repeatedly harassed the Twitter account of Women’s Declaration International Norway, making false claims about the nature of the investigation against Ellingsen.

But while Moen believes Ellingsen’s ideas on transgenderism are worth criminal prosecution, his own academic history would likely be considered far more disturbing to the average person.

“Pedophilia is bad. But how bad is it? And in what ways, and for what reasons, is it bad?” Moen wrote in a 2015 paper titled “The Ethics of Pedophilia,” which was then republished in 2018 in The Palgrave Handbook of Philosophy and Public Policy, a textbook widely available at Universities across the globe.

“In this paper it is argued that pedophilia is bad only because, and only to the extent that, it causes harm to children, and that pedophilia itself, as well as pedophilic expressions and practices that do not cause harm to children, are morally alright [sic],” reads the abstract.

Moen details arguments for and against “adult-child sex” before ultimately coming to the conclusion that “adult-child sex is not categorically very harmful” but may result in “risks” of children being harmed. He offers a quick disapproval of penetrative adult-child sexual relations, but goes on to make statements that defend pedophilia as an innate sexual orientation, comparing the desire to sexually abuse children to homosexuality.

“We must appreciate that sexual attraction towards children is often a deep and integral part of pedophiles’ personalities,” he writes, while suggesting that pedophiles should not be held responsible for their actions as “many pedophiles are ignorant of the truth that adult-child sex exposes children to [harm].”

Moen also argues that pedophiles who do not sexually abuse children should be “praised” for their “admirable willpower,” and says that condemning pedophiles for their attraction should be considered “unjust.”

The academic claims that “many of us have been pedophiles at one point,” and presents a bizarre argument that most people experienced sexual attraction to children when they themselves were children.

“When you were 11, it is not unlikely that you were sexually attracted to prepubertal children… the mental state of finding children sexually attractive is very common,” he says, continuing: “Youngness, the property children have in excess, is a property that, when present to a lesser extent, is widely considered sexually attractive. As such, what makes pedophiles diverge from others is that they prefer more youngness than does the average person.”

Transport minister cites faulty data to justify travel mandates

Liberal Transport Minister Omar Alghabra cited a study that predated the Omicron variant and relied on people to self-report their mask use to justify maintaining Covid-19 mandates.

In a tweet on Thursday, Alghabra claimed that mandatory masking made it 83% less likely to get Covid-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) study referenced in the minister’s tweet was based on data from Feb. to Dec. 2021 and was titled Effectiveness of Face Mask or Respirator Use in Indoor Public Settings for Prevention of SARS-CoV-2 Infection

Critics of the study included Dr. Vinay Prasad who said it was “not fit for the scientific record.”

“What (the CDC is) publishing is not true. I have less credibility in them. I really doubt them. That’s not good. I’m a scientist. It’s true for a lot of people, they’re killing their credibility in this political environment and you push on issues that are politically charge. I worry what’s going to happen,” said Dr. Prasad.

Soon after the study was published, the CDC adjusted its guidance on mask use.

According to critics of the study, the report itself had eight limitations in its findings. One of the main issues highlighted is that it didn’t account for other preventative measures such as physical distancing or handwashing.

Researchers also noted that the study did not include the general population, but instead was restricted to those who were seeking out tests and were willing to participate in a phone interview.

Additionally, the report relied on data that predated the Omicron variant, which is more transmissible and less severe than previous variants. The report also had issues differentiating between types of cloth masks.

“Data collection occurred before the expansion of the (Omicron) variant, which is more transmissible than earlier variants… Face mask or respirator use was self-reported, which could introduce social desirability bias,” researchers said.

The study also found that wearing cloth masks, which is a common practice among travellers “was associated with lower adjusted odds of a positive test compared with never wearing a face covering but was not statistically significant.”

Unlike Canada, the US dropped mask requirements for airlines in April. Currently masking on a flight within the country is optional. Similarly face masks are no longer required for passengers flying to major EU countries like Germany, Italy, Spain and others.

In addition to mandatory masks, the Trudeau government has refused to drop its vaccine mandates for travellers.

Despite calls from travel associations, airlines and opposition politicians, the government extended the measures until at least Jun. 30. Ongoing Covid restrictions have caused chaos at Canada’s airports, with some travellers waiting for hours in long lineups.

Bio Terrorist and Communist China was preparing for a Third World War with biological weapons – including coronavirus – SIX years ago,

Chinese scientists have been preparing for a Third World War fought with biological and genetic weapons including coronavirus for the last six years, according to a document obtained by US investigators.

The bombshell paper, accessed by the US State Department, insists they will be ‘the core weapon for victory’ in such a conflict, even outlining the perfect conditions to release a bioweapon, and documenting the impact it would have on ‘the enemy’s medical system’.

This latest evidence that Beijing considered the military potential of SARS coronaviruses from as early as 2015 has also raised fresh fears over the cause of Covid-19, with some officials still believing the virus could have escaped from a Chinese lab.

The dossier by People’s Liberation Army scientists and health officials, details of which were reported in The Australian, examined the manipulation of diseases to make weapons ‘in a way never seen before’.

Senior government figures say it ‘raises major concerns’ over the intentions of those close to Chinese President Xi Jinping amid growing fears about the country’s lack of regulation over its activity in laboratories.

The authors of the document insist that a third world war ‘will be biological’, unlike the first two wars which were described as chemical and nuclear respectively.

Referencing research which suggested the two atomic bombs dropped on Japan forced them to surrender, and bringing about the end of WWII, they claim bioweapons will be ‘the core weapon for victory’ in a third world war.

The document also outlines the ideal conditions to release a bioweapon and cause maximum damage.

The scientists say such attacks should not be carried out in the middle of a clear day, as intense sunlight can damage the pathogens, while rain or snow can affect the aerosol particles.

Instead, it should be released at night, or at dawn, dusk, or under cloudy weather, with ‘a stable wind direction…so that the aerosol can float into the target area’.

Meanwhile, the research also notes that such an attack would result in a surge of patients requiring hospital treatment, which then ‘could cause the enemy’s medical system to collapse’.

Other concerns include China’s ‘Gain of Function’ research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology – near where the first Covid outbreak was discovered – at which virologists are creating new viruses said to be more transmissible and more lethal.

MP Tom Tugendhat, chairman of the foreign affairs committee, said: ‘This document raises major concerns about the ambitions of some of those who advise the top party leadership. Even under the tightest controls these weapons are dangerous.’

Chemical weapons expert Hamish de Bretton-Gordon said: ‘China has thwarted all attempts to regulate and police its laboratories where such experimentation may have taken place.’

The revelation from the book What Really Happened in Wuhan was reported yesterday.

The document, New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons, says: ‘Following developments in other scientific fields, there have been major advances in the delivery of biological agents.

‘For example, the new-found ability to freeze-dry micro-organisms has made it possible to store biological agents and aerosolise them during attacks.’

It has 18 authors who were working at ‘high-risk’ labs, analysts say.

Australian Strategic Policy Institute executive director Peter Jennings also raised concerns over China’s biological research into coronaviruses potentially being weaponised in future.

‘There is no clear distinction for research capability because whether it’s used offensively or defensively is not a decision these scientists would take,’ he said.

‘If you are building skills ostensibly to protect your military from a biological attack, you’re at the same time giving your military a capacity to use these weapons offensively. You can’t separate the two.’

Intelligence agencies suspect Covid-19 may be the result of an inadvertent Wuhan lab leak. But as yet there is no evidence to suggest it was intentionally released.

Only this week, Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro appeared to strongly criticise China by accusing it of creating Covid to spark a chemical ‘warfare.’

The comments were made during a press conference on Wednesday as the hardline leader sought to further distance himself from the growing attacks over his domestic handling of a pandemic that has produced the second-highest death toll in the world.

‘It’s a new virus. Nobody knows whether it was born in a laboratory or because a human ate some animal they shouldn’t have,’ Bolsonaro said.

‘But it is there. The military knows what chemical, bacteriological and radiological warfare. Are we not facing a new war? Which country has grown its GDP the most? I will not tell you.’

While Bolsonaro did not name China in his speech, data from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development showed that China was the only G20 member whose GDP showed a growth during the pandemic in 2020, expanding by 2.3%.
