18 students accuse Canadian Christian school of abuse, forced exorcisms
Eighteen former students of a Christian academy in Canada have filed criminal abuse complaints against the school and an associated church, alleging that they were coerced into exorcisms and suffered corporal punishment.
Christian Centre Academy — which changed its name to Legacy Christian Academy in 2013 — has been accused of engaging in forced exorcisms and other abuse.
Following a 12-month investigation, Saskatoon police transferred the case to Crown prosecutors in April to address if potential charges will result from the complaints, as stated in emails from police that were addressed to students.
“This was abuse. This was a hate crime,” Coy Nolin, one of the former students, told CBC News when describing an alleged unwanted exorcism performed on him at his home in May 2004.
Nolin, who was 16 at the time, alleged that he was interrogated for hours in an office by the school’s director after informants told the director Nolin identifies as gay.
Nolin claimed that the director not only wrongfully questioned him but also allegedly engaged in name-calling by labeling him “evil” and “an abomination.”
In the culmination of the office visit, Nolin said he was suspended from the school and allegedly told they would try to “cure” him.
Three days later, according to Nolin, four educators visited him and his mother at home. Nolin claims they allegedly tried to perform an exorcism to cast out his “gay demons.”
Nolin alleges that the school director was one of the four. The director is accused of bending Nolin over his lap and using a large wooden paddle to spank him, leaving bruises and a limp.
“That was one of the worst days of my life. Even now, just thinking about it, I go numb,” said Nolin, who filed his complaint with Saskatoon police in July 2021.
Seventeen other students have filed complaints mentioning frequent paddlings, which reportedly occurred after Canada outlawed corporal punishment in schools.
“Every part of me wanted to walk to the police and simply pull down my pants and show them what was done to me,” Sean Kotelmach, who attended the school from 1996 to 2008, told CBC.
“[But] I was scared. I was so scared. I worried my parents would get in trouble for sending me to that school.”
In another complaint, a student named Christina Hutchinson told Global News about when she was an 8-year-old attending Christian Centre Academy and unwillingly endured alleged spankings and treatment which she said mirrored that of an “exorcism.”
Hutchinson said she and other students were asked to recite a morning prayer in front of a school instructor. She said she refused to join because she was too nervous.
“The teacher at the time seemed to think that that meant I had a demon, so she would keep me in at break times and rock me in her lap while she spoke in tongues,” Hutchinson was quoted as saying.
“It was an exorcism in the sense that she was trying to drive a demon out of me. I didn’t know what she was doing, and I didn’t have any control over it,” she continued, mentioning that the teacher had labeled her “demon possessed.”
The Christian Post reached out to Christian Centre Academy for a response to the allegations on multiple occasions. The school did not return comments by press time.
Christian Centre Academy and Mile Two Church, the congregation the school is tied to, sent a statement to Global News last week expressing heartbreak over the situation. Mile Two Church was previously known as the Saskatoon Christian Centre.
“We are all heartbroken to learn the stories of some former students about their experiences from over 15 years ago. The current staff and leadership are hearing some of these stories for the first time, and we condemn any acts of abuse that previous leaders committed,” they stated.
The school and church also said that “the people that are accused of these actions are no longer here or affiliated with us in any way.”
As the school continues to operate, some including the Saskatchewan New Democratic Party, have called on the academy to have its public funding frozen.
Saskatchewan’s education ministry told Global News last week that it is aware of the allegations. Still, it noted that these incidents appeared to have occurred before the school began receiving public funds.
“It is our understanding, based (on) the accounts contained in the letter, that these allegations are in regards to incidents that took place in the 2000s,” the government body said in a statement.
“Since LCA began receiving provincial funding, no complaints have been registered with the ministry against LCA and no irregularities have been found during routine inspections.”
As the investigation remains pending, it’s unknown when Crown prosecutors will make their final decision on each of the 18 complaints. A spokesperson would not make any official statements based on Crown’s policy not to make statements on pending police investigations.
“While we can appreciate the desire for details regarding the situation, this remains an active investigation. In respecting that process, we are unable to offer you additional details at this time,” a police spokesperson wrote in an email.
“In cases where police choose to seek an opinion from prosecutions related to an investigation, any advice provided is privileged communication.”
Actor Moses Armstrong Arrested for Raping Teen Daughter, Giving Her Abortion Drugs to Kill the Baby

A Nigerian actor is facing sexual assault and abortion charges after he allegedly raped his teenage adopted daughter and then gave her abortion drugs in an apparent attempt to cover up his actions.
PM News Nigeria reports Moses Armstrong, an actor and singer in “Nollywood,” the Nigerian film industry, pleaded not guilty Wednesday in court.
Police with the Akwa Ibom State Government arrested Armstrong on June 13 and charged him with rape, conspiracy, intimidation and supplying drugs to procure an abortion, according to the report.
Allegedly, the actor raped an underage girl whom he had adopted and was living with his family in Akwa Ibom. It is not clear if he also is accused of forcing or coercing the girl to abort her unborn child to cover up the rape, but sexual abuse frequently is linked to forced and coerced abortions.
Premium Times reports Armstrong, a former aide to Gov. Udom Emmanuel, recently was suspended from the Actors Guild of Nigeria as a result of the allegations.
Studies have found high rates of violent abuse among women and girls who have abortions. Sometimes abuse also is connected to a mother’s refusal to abort her unborn child.
A 2014 study found that forced abortions are common among sex trafficking victims. In “The Health Consequences of Sex Trafficking and Their Implications for Identifying Victims in Healthcare Facilities,” researchers found that 55 percent of sex trafficking victims had at least one abortion, with more than half saying they were forced to abort one or more unborn babies.

Planned Parenthood Fires Staffer Whose Autistic Son is Hospitalized for a Brain Infection
It should come as no surprise that Planned Parenthood doesn’t hold children high on its list of priorities. Exterminating the lives of pre-born children is its bread and butter, after all.
However, at least one case illustrates how the nation’s largest abortion business is also low on sympathy for the lives of kids who have already been born. And it demonstrates how the women the abortion giant purports to champion are expendable as well.
A female employee at Central Arkansas Planned Parenthood was fired.
Why? Her 5-year-old autistic son was in the hospital for a brain infection. The problem for her employer: She was unable to pinpoint a return-to-work date.
Vikki Parker is the executive director of A Woman’s Place, a pregnancy resource center in Cabot, Ark. After learning about this situation from one of her contacts, Parker reached out to the now-former Planned Parenthood employee.
And she found the woman in a precarious state.
“She and her son were at Children’s Hospital, which is about three hours from her home, and had already been there a couple of weeks,” Parker recalled, adding the woman also had another child to care for during all of this.

Staff members from A Woman’s Place quickly prepared two baskets of snacks and a restaurant gift card so the now-unemployed mother and her ailing son could eat something besides hospital food. Parker also arranged to physically meet the woman in the hospital.
The now-former Planned Parenthood employee opened up to Parker, sharing that she was initially told by the abortion giant when hired she would be handling only STD and pregnancy testing on the job, nothing more.
But leadership did not keep their word.
“They started adding more and more services that made her very uncomfortable,” Parker shared. “She said she did not like working there and more was expected of her as a director, but she was a single mom of two — and one being autistic, she needed her job. And it paid well, of course.”
Mother’s Day led to more gifts of support before getting the woman connected with Abby Johnson, who has taken over helping from there —supporting another abortion worker in leaving the industry.
For those unfamiliar, Johnson is a former Planned Parenthood employee herself who joined the pro-life movement. Her story was recounted on the big screen in the Unplanned movie. Johnson now oversees an organization called And Then There Were None, which helps abortion workers leave their jobs (and the industry as a whole) to find new paths offering more peace and joy.
The former Arkansas Planned Parenthood employee is now back in Northwest Arkansas, remaining in touch with Johnson. Her son is out of the hospital, and she has a new job.
With the end of Roe v. Wade, it is anticipated that more abortion workers in different states could be losing their jobs.
And now is the time to reach out to them with love.
Even help them turn to Christ, Parker said.
As these individuals are laid off, they may be tempted to find another job in the same line of work. But there is a better path. One that may ease their conscience and lead to something more fulfilling.
Planned Parenthood has repeatedly proven to be a vacuum of compassion. But the same cannot be said about the pregnancy help community.
If you know of any abortion workers losing their jobs in the face of Roe or thinking about leaving for any other reason, assistance is available from And Then There Were None.
LifeNews Note: Chris Alexis is a writer and marketer in the education sector. He started out as pro-choice but over time abortion became harder and harder for him to justify, and through the course of personal experience the married father of three came to a profoundly different place, where he now feels the call to use his gifts to save unborn children. Incel/MGTOW Virgin and loser Nic Fuentes: “Dating and having sex with women makes men gay”
At least one leader from America First – the supremely idiotic white nationalist posse – is taking the name seriously. In fact, he puts America so far atop his list of cardinal virtues that everything else comes a distant second. Things like having a girlfriend, being taken seriously, and especially doing the sex.
Nick Fuentes, head honcho of America First and self-proclaimed incel (short for involuntarily celibate, meaning no one wants to have sex with him ever) was infuriated when he discovered his treasurer and so-called best friend had gone out and got himself a girlfriend. The bastard. Despite making a celibacy pact, his taller and better-looking colleague Jaden McNeil fiendishly scored some tang. And the fallout is causing ripples.
Fuente’s position (which does not include missionary) is so firmly set against fraternizing with double X chromosomes that he fired his former bestie before railing against him in a luscious live stream. Because with a girl in the picture, how will McNeil have time to hate-tweet about George Floyd, promote anti-gay bigotry, and compare himself favorably to Hitler?
Enraged to the point of manic glee, Fuentes dropped some white nationalist wisdom bombs during the recent video podcast: “If we’re really being honest, never having a girlfriend, never having sex with a woman, really makes you more heterosexual, because honestly, dating women is gay.” To shore up any doubts about the sensical nature of his thought process, he added, “if you want to know the truth, the only really straight, heterosexual position is to be an asexual incel.”
Sounds like the guy has it all figured out. Well, everything except for the true nature of his own sexuality.
1,000 families expected to join mass lawsuit against infamous UK trans surgery clinic
(LifeSiteNews) — It’s finally happening. Dr. Jordan Peterson predicted it would happen years ago; conservative lawyers have been warning of this outcome; feminist activists have been hoping for it: According to The Times, 1,000 families will be suing the Tavistock Clinic Gender and Identity Development Service (GIDS) over the transgender “treatments” given to minors.
If this unfolds the way The Times is reporting, the impact will be enormous: “Lawyers expect about 1,000 families to join a medical negligence lawsuit alleging vulnerable children have been misdiagnosed and placed on a damaging medical pathway.”
Parents are accusing GIDS at the gender clinic of “multiple failures in its duty of care,” including “allegations that it recklessly prescribed puberty blockers with harmful side effects” and an “unquestioning, affirmative approach” to children who believed themselves to be transgender.
The Times reports that Pogust Goodhead, a law firm, has “announced it is pursuing a group litigation order against the trust, which has treated 19,000 children with gender dysphoria since 1989.” People treated at the clinic are already coming forward to join the class action, and it is reported that papers will be filed with the High Court within a half-year.
According to lawyer Tom Goodhead:
Children and young adolescents were rushed into treatment without the appropriate therapy and involvement of the right clinicians, meaning that they were misdiagnosed and started on a treatment pathway that was not right for them. These children have suffered life-changing and, in some cases, irreversible effects of the treatment they received…We anticipate that at least 1,000 clients will join this action.
The class action is likely to rely on a recent report by Dr. Hilary Cass that resulted in Tavistock’s announcement that it would be closing. Cass’s expert review warned of the long-term and likely permanent effects of puberty-blocking drugs. Cass told NHS England that the drugs could “interrupt the process of brain maturing, affecting children’s ability to exercise judgement.” The report concluded that despite the claims of Tavistock staff that the effects of the medication were “fully reversible,” the evidence does not bear this out.
Stephanie Davies-Arai, founder of Transgender Trend, told the Daily Mail: “I would imagine that parents who did not agree with the treatment or approach may now consider a challenge.”
Many parents were told that their children needed hormone therapy, mastectomies, and castration—or they would become suicidal and kill themselves. That was a vicious lie, but this potent emotional blackmail worked on thousands of parents. Many of them now feel betrayed, devastated, and furious. They trusted these medical professionals, and their children were physically ruined as a result.
READ: UK attorney general pushes back against trans ideology in schools
The Tavistock Clinic is closing. The U.K. government told schools earlier this week that it is against the law not to provide sex-segregated bathrooms, and that teachers are not required to use “preferred pronouns.” Dissenters from gender ideology are winning in court. And now, the lawsuits against the medical professionals who administered these treatments are beginning.
It very much appears that in the United Kingdom, at least, the transgender movement’s vice grip on the culture may finally be breaking.
Pro-freedom legal group continues fight against Canada’s COVID travel ban
CALGARY, Alberta (Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms) – The Justice Centre filed a Response to the federal government’s motion to strike the ongoing legal challenge on behalf of former Newfoundland Premier Brian Peckford, People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier, and four other Canadians to strike down the federal government’s mandatory COVID vaccine requirements for air travellers.
In October of 2021, the federal government announced that anyone travelling by air, train, or ship, must receive the required number of COVID vaccines in order to travel. The travel ban prevented approximately six million vaccine-free Canadians (15 percent of Canada’s population) from travel within Canada and prevented them from flying out of Canada. Canada’s new definition for vaccination as including boosters could double or triple the number of affected Canadians should the travel mandate be renewed in the future.
Lawyers for the Justice Centre – Keith Wilson, QC, Allison Pejovic, Eva Chipiuk and Patrick Abbott, Student-at-Law – filed evidence in March 2022 on behalf of eleven witnesses, including five expert witnesses. The evidence filed shows how the Canadians involved in the lawsuit cannot travel to help sick loved ones, get to work, visit family and friends, access health care outside of Canada, take international vacations, and live ordinary lives. Expert medical evidence now filed with the court ranges from scientific evidence about COVID spread among both vaccinated and unvaccinated, risks associated with taking the new COVID vaccines, vaccine harms such as myocarditis and possible effects on fertility, and the superiority of natural immunity.
